Finished Floor Guard can be an excellent protector for hardwood stairs and floors during construction. Builders should remember to tape edges in order to prevent tripping and to protect from liquid spills. Remember to apply only on completely cured and dry finished hardwood floors and stairs.

Finish Floor Guard can be used with in-floor radiant heat (with no additional sheet goods applied.)  The National Wood Flooring Association guidelines for maximum wood floor surface temperatures (85 f) should never be exceeded.
